About H3R

Founded by Managing Director Michael Bennett CHRP, H3R is a Human
Resources consulting and outsourcing firm that is recognized for providing
trusted and high quality counsel, support, products and services to small
and medium sizedorganizations regarding people-management and
performance as well as leading edge and innovative online and web-
based Human Resources products to organizations of all sizes.

Michael is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of
experience as a recruiter, training specialist, generalist, leader and
consultant. Before starting in the HR consulting and outsourcing industry
in 2004, his corporate HR career spanned a variety of sectors, including
financial services, industrial product sales and supply chain, manufacturing,
education and executive search.

Having a solid reputation for delivering value for his clients, he is an innovative
and creative problem solver. His experience within unionized environments and
in the United States adds to his tool kit and versatility. He has demonstrated the
ability and flexibility to successfully work with all levels of an organization, from
business owner to Board of Directors to shop floor employees.

His consulting and outsourcing experience has included full outsourcing of strategic and day-to-day HR as well as projects in organizational assessment and design, employee relations, compensation plan design, employee feedback, policy development, recruitment, training delivery and investigations.

Michael is a graduate of Sheridan College's Human Resources Management Program, with which he maintains strong ties as a part-time instructor and a member of the Program Advisory Committee. He is also a former Director and President of the Sheridan Alumni Association.

In March of 2011, Michael was appointed to the Board of Directors of STRIDE, a Halton-based not-for-profit organization that serves the employment needs of residents with mental illness. 2010 saw the completion of a 5 year commitment on the Executive of the Halton Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association, including a two-year term as President, as well as the conclusion of two terms (six years) as a Citizen Representative on the Halton Diversity Advisory Committee, which supports Halton Regional Government with expertise and input on matters of diversity within Halton Region.
