The H3R Small Business Health Check is an assessment of your organization's practices related to human resources and people-management. Designed for organizations with 150 or fewer employees, the Health Check will review your structure, how you recruit and select employees, how they are managed and compensated, as well as your HR-related polices and compliance with applicable legislation. We will also look at other specific elements of your HR or people-management programs if there is an area of concern. The Health Check report and debrief you receive not only contains our Findings and Recommendations on how to leverage strengths and address areas of concern, but also general information about best practices in each of these areas to provide guidance as you lead your organization forward.
