H3R Racing provides customized HR products and services for race teams and tracks, including the H3R Racing HR Toolkit, a collection of templates, tools, forms and how-to guides to assist race teams and tracks with their HR administration and people-management, as well as HR systems and products specifically designed for small businesses and consulting and outsourcing services.
H3R Racing is also a support program for Canadian-based race teams and drivers that combines financial sponsorship and the provision of HR services to enable them to compete at their highest level.

H3R is excited to be a corporate sponsor on the Kenny Wallace Fan Car. An annual event, NASCAR Nationwide Series Driver Kenny Wallace opens his car up to his fans and offers great programs to put individual names on the car, as well as corporate logos.
The H3R Racing logo will be on the RAB Racing 09 Toyota Camry for the Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage, taking place at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 14, 2011. Peter Kocandrle has steadily become a driver to watch in the Canadian Rally Championship. With several notable finishes in the National and Provincial Championships, 'PK' has caught the eye of many fans and competitors with his skill, will to win and charismatic personality.
2011 was a transition year for Peter, purchasing a very fast 1997 Volkswagen Golf Mk3 and spending most of the season testing and refining the car, as well as putting together his team and sponsors in order to start a run at the 2012 Canadian and North American Championships. Numerous hours in the shop, on the dyno, road testing and trying out new parts and configurations in race conditions at the Black Bear and Tall Pines rallies have car and driver ready to go in 2012.
Peter has a fantastic support team in Open Road Motorsports, great sponsors and has lined up talented co-drivers including Angela Cosner and Alex Kihurani to help him to the podium.

Team Halton Hills was created by H3R Racing in support of driver Peter Kocandrle. Being successful in motorsports costs money. In today's economy, sponsorship dollars are tougher to find at all levels of racing and the costs can be prohibitive for many organizations that are interested in getting involved.
Team Halton Hills is an initiative that enables even small businesses to get involved in a racing program at a very low cost. While primarily focused on developing local support for Peter within his home town of Halton Hills, we will welcome participation from any interested organization regardless of location. In November 2010, H3R Racing established an association with Four Star Motorsports, also of Georgetown, ON. Frank and Dan Sprongl dominated the North American Rally circuit for years, are still highly competitive in select events they run and are recognized leaders in rally car preparation.
Four Star Motorsports is Canada's most successful rally preparation shop. Four Star knows what it takes to win championships. Four Star has earned six Canadian Rally Championships and four North American Rally Cup championships in cars built, maintained and campaigned by the team since 1991. Since 1990, Four Star cars have won 50 Canadian national and SCCA PRO rally events and have generated a finishing rate of 80% of the national events the team has entered. Since 1995, their winning rate is a remarkable 70% of the events they have entered, a testimony to the quality of their car preparation.
In December 2010, H3R Racing joined the TEAMCMS Builders Club as part of its goal to support and develop Canadian race teams and drivers. The TEAMCMS project is a perfect match with H3R Racing.
TEAMCMS is a not-for-profit organization with the goal of building the motorsports industry in Canada. Racing is the one sport where the truism, “success breeds success” has never been more accurate. With success comes the relevance to the public which in turn rationalizes the corporate partnerships required for more success.
The creation of a development program in conjunction with a major motorsport facility will provide a needed infusion of support to the industry in Canada. Currently, it is very difficult for Canadians to succeed in motorsport - not due to lack of talent but due to lack of support. This fact makes it hard for individuals and teams to build, improve and remain competitive on the international stage.
TEAMCMS will aim to become the recognized development program for Canadians in motorsports.
